Subject: [PATCH] fix: Add .helmignore to exclude packages directory from helm
 lint

- helm lint was failing because pack files in .git/ and packages/*.tgz
  exceeded the 5MB file size limit
- Add .helmignore to exclude packages/, .git/, .gitea/ and *.tgz files
